Karen McFeaters is a Boston born artist who studied painting and sculpture at Boston University and the Maine College of Art.
Until recently, McFeaters resided in Fort Point at Midway Artist Studios and was a member of the Fort Point Arts Community, as well as the South Boston Arts Association. Most recently she has focused heavily on her impressionistic city scenes, mainly of the Boston area and its landmarks. McFeaters has exhibited her pieces at Boston City Hall, The Boston Children’s Museum and the Spoke Gallery, among other galleries. McFeaters’ work, including many commissioned pieces, is in several private and corporate collections.
Karen recently settled in Vero Beach, Florida, to join her family who has lived here since 1991, and is looking forward to discovering new subjects and continuing her pet portrait and landscape commissions.
